Many of you may know how much Selfless values this quote. Our aim to is to put it in to practice.
Our latest campaign #MyMother, focuses on the country with the highest rate of maternal deaths in the world, Afghanistan.
Our approach to train women to deliver babies safely and encourage them to share their skills with others when they return to their towns & villages.
We need your help to raise awareness and donations to support the cause.

The International definition of a midwife is a person who, having been regularly admitted to a midwifery educational programme , duly recognised in the country in which it is located, has successfully completed the prescribed course of studies in midwifery and ha sacquired the requisite qualifications to be registered and/or legally licensed to practise midwifery.
